Consent to data processing
Hereby, freely, of my own will and in my own interest, I give my consent to
 “DE KORP” LLC, OGRN 1267700048440, INN 9703238677, registered address: 12 Presnenskaya Embankment, Premises 8N, Presnensky Municipal District, Moscow 123112, Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), for the automated and non-automated processing of my personal data, including through the use of web analytics internet services, in accordance with the following list:
  • Surname;
  • First name;
  • Patronymic;
  • Date, month, and year of birth;
  • Gender;
  • Contact phone number;
  • Email address;
  • Bank card details;
  • Region;
  • IP address;
  • Cookies;
  • User identifier stored in cookies;
  • Source of access to the Company’s website;
  • Information regarding search or advertising requests,
for the purposes of compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation; conclusion and performance of contracts; informing about new products and services; preparation of individual offers; conducting advertising activities; providing Users with access to special information; processing applications submitted through the Company’s website; publication on the website, in internal directories and address books of the organization; distribution of informational notifications; providing feedback; and carrying out activities in accordance with the constituent documents.
The Company is entitled to process my personal data using the following methods: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, retrieval, use, depersonalization, blocking, destruction, and deletion.
This consent comes into force from the moment I tick the consent checkbox and remains valid for the periods established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
The User is informed that this consent may be withdrawn in full or in part at any time during the validity period of this consent by the following methods:
  • by sending a withdrawal request to the Company’s email address: [email address to be specified];
  • by sending a withdrawal request to the Company’s registered address specified at the beginning of this consent;
  • by unsubscribing from mailings via the “Unsubscribe” hyperlink (or other text with a similar meaning) contained in the mailing text.
A withdrawal request may be prepared in free form and shall include the following information: phone number and email address allowing identification of the applicant. The request shall specify the channels for receiving advertising materials from which the applicant wishes to unsubscribe, as well as the types of mailings (information), if applicable. The withdrawal date shall be considered the day following the day the Operator receives the withdrawal request by any of the above methods.
In all other matters not provided for by this Consent, the Company and the Users shall be governed by the Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) and the applicable provisions of the current legislation of the Russian Federation. In the event of any contradiction between the terms of this Consent and the terms of the Policy, the terms of the Policy shall prevail.
